Malia created Moth Mud as a home for stories that are bold, strange, heartfelt, and difficult to forget. Drawn to projects that find humanity in unexpected places, she believes the best ideas deserve room to get messy and that good story should always come before convention.
Through Moth Mud, she hopes to build a fearless, collaborative community where filmmakers can take creative risks, embrace the absurd, and make work they genuinely believe in.
